  • Can I cancel or modify my Race Weekend Room Package?
    Package reservations can be cancelled 48-hours before your arrival. Cancelations made after will result in a forfeit of the total package price.
  • Are there specific stay dates for the Race Weekend Room Package?
    All package stays require a three-night length for the nights of Thursday, November 16, 2023, Friday, November 17, 2023, and Saturday, November 18, 2023 (i.e., check-in on Thursday, November 16, 2023, and check-out on Sunday, November 19, 2023). Check-ins are not allowed on Friday, November 17, 2023, or Saturday, November 18, 2023.
  • Can I stay more/less nights?
    All packages have a 3-night length of stay requirement. Additional nights (either before or after the required stay nights) may be added to your reservation at our prevailing rate or best available rate for casino customers plus applicable daily resort fee and applicable taxes.
  • How far is Silver Sevens from the track?
    It won't take more than 10 minutes for you to get to the track on foot from Silver Sevens. The Sphere can be reached within 15 minutes, while the Paddock is only a 20 minute walk away.
  • Does Silver Sevens offer shuttle service?
    Silver Sevens offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Harry Reid International Airport. Full details are available here.
  • What is the race schedule?

  • How will I get my Fan Zone tickets?
    Digital tickets will be delivered approximately 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time and date via EventBrite. The email address provided at the time of booking will need to match the email address used to access the tickets.
  • When will the Fan Zone be open?
    Wednesday, November 15 – Friday, November 17 | 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM
    Saturday, November 18 | 8:30 AM – 2:00 AM
  • Is the Fan Zone suitable for visitors of all ages?
    We're open to visitors of all ages from opening until 9 PM. After 9 PM, visitors must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license or ID to enter.
  • What are the requirements to participate in the interactive experiences in the Fan Zone?
    A release waiver must be signed to participate in all interactive experiences. Children must be at least 44 inches tall and supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Are Fan Zone tickets refundable?
    Fan Zone tickets are non-refundable.
  • Are pets allowed in the Fan Zone?
    Service animals are allowed to provide assistance to people with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Are bags allowed in the Fan Zone?
    Bags are permitted, but cannot be larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.
  • WHAT IS THE ENTRY PROCEDURE LIKE?
    Upon entry, attendees will have their bags searched. Bags and item that do not comply with the policy (Please refer to WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE FAN ZONE in FAQs) will not be allowed into the Fan Zone.
  • WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE FAN ZONE?
    To ensure the safety of all individuals present, certain items are strictly prohibited from being brought onto the premises. These items include any type of weapon, such as guns, knives, pepper spray, or any object that can be used to cause harm. Replicas of any weapons are also not permitted. Additionally, drugs, drug paraphernalia, and illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited. Personal selfie sticks, drones, and laser pointers are also not allowed on the premises. Lastly, outside food and beverage, as well as strollers, are not allowed inside.
  • CAN I LEAVE THE FAN ZONE AND RETURN THE SAME DAY?
    Yes, re-entry is allowed. Attendees that re-enter will be required to go through security, and show their wristband and digital ticket.
  • WILL THE FAN ZONE CLOSE IN THE EVENT OF HAZARDOUS WEATHER CONDITIONS?
    In order to guarantee the safety of our attendees and offer them an exceptional experience, the Fan Zone will close in the event of hazardous weather conditions.
  • HOW FAR IS SILVER SEVENS FROM THE AIRPORT?
    Silver Sevens is 1.3 miles away from the airport and can be covered in a quick 5-minute drive.
  • IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE FAN ZONE?
    Smoking of any kind is prohibited within the Fan Zone. However, for those who need to smoke, they may exit the Fan Zone to do so.
  • WILL THERE BE A LOST AND FOUND?
    If you lose something, visit the Emergency Services tent.
  • IS THE FAN ZONE ADA ACCESSIBLE?
    The Fan Zone is ADA accessible.
